Overview

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Turning Center Programmer-Operator. This role runs high-precision plastic parts using CNC turning centers, live tooling, sub-spindle operations, and manual lathe work. Must be capable of creating programs using 2D/3D CAD drawings and holding extremely tight tolerances.

Key Duties

• Program HAAS CNC turning centers, including live tooling and sub‑spindle operations
• Read and understand blueprints and CAD drawings
• Ability to use measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, etc.
• Lift 10-25 pounds on a consistent basis
• Perform manual lathe operations for specialty or one-off parts
• Consistent attendance and strong work ethic
