Job summary

Our client in Grantsburg, WI is seeking several CNC Machinists/Operators to join the manufacturing team. You'll operate, set up and adjust CNC lathes, performing precision turning and threading on multi-spindle machines, and ensure parts meet specifications.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year CNC experience, are dependable, and can read complex drawings with shop math and precision measuring tools. Shift options include 2nd & 3rd, with a $25–$34/hour pay range and quarterly profit sharing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNC machining experience preferred.
• Competent in reading drawings, shop mathematics and using precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set-up and adjust CNC lathes including multiple spindle CNC lathes.
• Perform operations such as face, turn, drill, ream, bore, tap and thread on stock.
• Check parts for dimensional and finish conformance to specs.
• Remove and reset tooling or adjust machine as required.
• Unload machined parts and manage bar ends and turnings.

Our client, a manufacturing company is seeking several CNC Machinists to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the Production team supporting Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of CNC experience, willingness to learn and be dependable which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machinist/Operator

Location: Grantsburg, WI

Pay Range: $25 to 34/hour depending on experience level. Quarterly profit sharing bonus included.

Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift, 6:30a-2:30p & 2:30p-10:30p.

What’s the Job?

• Operate, set-up and adjust CNC lathes including multiple spindle CNC lathes.

• Do Operational sequence planning; install chucks and collets, set bar stock feed mechanism and stops to perform operations such as face, turn, drill, ream, bore, tap, thread and cut off stock up to the capacity of the machine

• Check parts produced for dimensional and finish conformance to specifications

• Remove and reset tooling or otherwise adjust machine as required

• Remove machined parts, bar ends and turnings from machine.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 1 year of CNC machining experience preferred.

• Must be competent in in the use of complicated drawings, shop mathematics, handbook formulas and a variety of precision measuring instruments.
