Job summary

Trelleborg in Washington state is hiring a CNC Operator to set up and run CNC machines, perform deburring and part marking, and inspect parts for conformance using precision measuring tools. The role includes related maintenance, basic ERP data entry, and keeping the work area organized under 5S.

Summary of the Role:

You would be responsible for setting up and operating a CNC machine. During your workday you would run various parts, perform minor machine maintenance, clean and deburr parts to ensure quality parts.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick material for the job, document the inventory and document appropriately
• Use ERP software to record the job for adequate job tracking and costing
• Set up the CNC machine
• Deburr and partmark as needed
• Use measuring tools as calipers, micrometers, and height gages to inspect parts for conformity requirements
• Do minor machine repair and maintenance
• Keep area clean and adhere to 5S

Education and Experience:

• A high school diploma or GED required
