Job summary

Tradesmen International is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist for projects in Harahan, LA. This first shift role offers pay ranging from $27 to $39 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.

Set up and operate CNC horizontal and vertical lathes, read blueprints, and inspect parts with precision measuring tools. You will work with plastics, aluminum, stainless steel and other metals while maintaining tight tolerances and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating CNC horizontal and vertical lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and inspecting parts.

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced CNC Machinist for projects located in or around Harahan, LA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $27-$39/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Set up and operate CNC horizontal and vertical lathes to machine precision components
• Perform machine setups and adjust tooling and offsets
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
• Machine components made from plastics, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and other metals
• Maintain strict dimensional tolerances and quality standards

Requirements:

• Must have experience operating CNC horizontal and vertical lathes
• Must be able to perform machine setups and tooling adjustments
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
