Wipro Givon USA has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Machinist to join our team. This role involves setting up and operating CNC machines, machining centers, or manual machines to fabricate metallic parts. Availability for training during first shift hours is required.

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, work orders, specifications, aerospace blueprints, and drawings.

Job Duties and Responsibilities - What You Will Do Daily

• Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and setup requirements.
• Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions on workpieces.
• Set up and operate machines such as mills, lathes, and jig borers, including selecting and aligning fixtures and tools.
• Calculate and set controls for machining parameters or input commands for CNC machines.
• Monitor machine operation, detect malfunctions, and make adjustments as needed.
• Verify finished work against specifications.
• Conduct trial runs to verify machine settings.
• Document setup and operation details clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with engineering and planning teams to resolve machining issues.
• Maintain good housekeeping and care for equipment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100 standards.
• Support a positive work environment and contribute to team goals.
