Wieland in Delaware, OH is hiring a CNC Machinist for 1st shift on site. You will set up and operate CNC machining centers to manufacture precision components for shell and tube heat exchangers, with emphasis on large tube sheets and critical gasket surfaces.
Strong blueprint interpretation and tight tolerance control are required. The role requires 3–5 years of machinist experience with CNC experience preferred and Haas controls experience.

Wieland is hiring a CNC Machinist on 1st Shift. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machining centers to manufacture precision components for shell and tube heat exchangers. Primary responsibilities include machining large tube sheets and related components from carbon steel and stainless steel. This role requires strong setup capability, blueprint interpretation skills, and the ability to maintain tight tolerances on critical gasket surfaces and tube hole patterns. This role is located in Delaware, OH and will be fully on-site.
1st Shift Starting Pay:$27.75 per hour, with compensation adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
1st Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm
