Job summary

Aagard is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to set up and run CNC machines to produce parts meeting specifications and deadlines. You will monitor operations, adjust parameters for throughput, and log part movement, run time, and material usage in the ERP system.

You will identify opportunities to improve processes, collaborate with team members on tooling changes, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 1 year machine operator experience preferred.
• Ability to read CAD drawings and understand Aagard software.
• Experience in manufacturing environment helpful; ERP and barcode tools familiarity.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts that meet required specifications and delivery timelines.
• Monitor machining operations and make adjustments to maintain consistent performance and throughput.
• Accurately record part movement, run time, and material usage in the ERP system.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase equipment utilization and reduce cycle times.
