Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs setup and operation of CNC machines.
• Operates manual machines such as lathes, mills, and profile machines.
• Monitors machine performance and quality to tolerances.
• Works from drawings and instructions to create parts or repairs.
• Uses calipers, micrometers and other measuring tools to verify dimensions.
• Pre-sets tools and plans operations; manages safe handling of large parts.
• Leads troubleshooting and guides junior staff; participates in safety and risk assessments.
