Job summary

TSC Consultants Inc is seeking a CNC Machining Supervisor to lead our first-shift manufacturing team in a global precision parts operation. You will oversee CNC lathes and milling processes, ensure high-quality output, maintain safety standards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise setup, calibration, and programming using CAM software, read blueprints with GD&T, and guide a team of machinists to achieve production goals while upholding rigorous

Qualifications

• Experience supervising CNC machining operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency reading blueprints and applying GD&T.
• Knowledge of Fanuc controls.
• Experience with CAM programming and CAD tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily CNC machining operations on first shift.
• Lead and develop machinists to meet production goals while maintaining safety.
• Oversee setup, calibration and programming of CNC machines.
• Perform quality inspections with precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain production records and logs; troubleshoot downtime.
• Apply lean manufacturing to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance on tooling and process improvements.
