Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on CNC machining, CNC programming, tool and die, or related technical experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least one CNC machining or programming discipline.
  • Working knowledge of CNC machine operation, setup, tooling, machining processes, and safety practices.
  • Ability to explain technical machining concepts clearly and translate industry experience into practical instruction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent with substantial relevant industry experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, hands-on CNC machining and programming training in classroom, lab, and employer-site settings.
  • Facilitate adult learning through machine demonstrations, setup exercises, programming activities, troubleshooting scenarios.
  • Provide course outlines, instructional materials, lab activities, and assessments aligned with objectives.
  • Demonstrate safe operation of CNC machines, tooling, and related equipment.
  • Maintain attendance, progress, and course completion records; submit documents on time.
  • Support participants with technical questions and skill development during training.
