Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic blueprint reading and math skills expected.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and planning.
• High-risk or hazardous operations may be involved; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines, inspection equipment, or special processes.
• Participate in daily team meetings and maintain professional communication.
• Record time and maintain electronic/manual reports and logs.
• Obtain and maintain CVP certification with provided training.
• Serialize parts to ensure traceability and compliance with standards.
• Meet tolerances and finishes as per Manufacturing Engineering and QA.
• Set up and operate equipment per drawings and method sheets.
• Use cranes and handling equipment to move objects up to 50 lbs.
