Job summary

Lead Screws International Inc. seeks an experienced CNC Programmer for 1st shift (6am–2:30pm) to develop, optimize, and support high-precision manufacturing of complex parts.

The role requires hands-on programming for mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines, with strong tooling and CAM software knowledge. Ideal candidates will read engineering drawings with GD&T, set up and validate programs, and collaborate across teams to improve efficiency, quality, and cycle times in a fast-paced production

Qualifications

Responsibilities

CNC Programmer - 1st shift (6am - 2:30 pm)We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience. The ideal candidate will have strong CNC programming and machining knowledge, with hands-on experience using Fusion 360 or ESPRIT and programming multi-axis CNC equipment.Machine Programmer is responsible for developing, editing, and optimizing CNC programs to ensure the precise and efficient production of parts according to engineering specifications. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools and machining strategies, and collaborating with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes.
