CNC Machinist Position Summary
The CNC Machinist independently sets up, troubleshoots, and operates CNC machines to produce precision components that meet print and quality specifications. This role requires strong machining knowledge, light program editing, and the ability to perform changeovers with minimal supervision.
CNC Machinist Key Responsibilities
- Perform full machine set‑ups and changeovers
- Independently troubleshoot machine, tooling, and program issues
- Make offsets and perform light program edits at the machine
- Read blueprints and set‑up sheets
- Select tooling and verify feeds/speeds
- Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure specifications
- Monitor machine performance and correct defects
- Maintain accurate production counts and safe work area
- Other duties as assigned
CNC Machinist Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years CNC machining experience
- Proven setup and switchover experience
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with light program editing
CNC Machinist Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Mazak Slant Turn CNC machines
- Lathe experience in a production environment
- Leadership experience

Salary: $24-\$32 per hour
Position Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to specifications and production schedules. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to maintain quality standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
No advanced machining experience is required. We are willing to train dependable individuals who have a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.
What You'll Do
- Operate manufacturing equipment according to work instructions and specifications
- Read and follow production orders and job instructions
- Load and unload materials and finished products
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Measure parts using basic measuring tools when required
- Maintain accurate production records
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist in other manufacturing areas as needed
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Regular bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
