Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.

• Ability to understand and interpret fanuc machine code.
• Proficiency with math and Cartesian coordinate systems.
• Comfort with basic computer equipment and controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare spoil boards and fixtures, set up tooling as directed.
• Touch off tools and register programs in CNC control to meet specs.
• Change tools and manage tooling safely to protect personnel and assets.
• Use touch probes, calibration programs, and height gauges for tool setting.
• Maintain file storage for CNC programs and documentation.
• Inspect lumber and finished parts for conformance to specs.
• Maintain safe, organized work area and complete startup checklists.
• Record production data and participate in safety and CI programs.
