Job summary

NSK Americas in Franklin, IN is seeking a Machine Operator / Team Member B (1st - Nut Turning) for a 10-hour shift, Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Fridays and double time on Saturdays. This is a full-time, on-site role.

You will operate CNC lathes and milling machines, set up tools and fixtures, read blueprints, and measure parts with calipers and micrometers to ensure machining within tolerance. Potential to advance into a machinist position.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent or better.
• 1–2 years: Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with CNC, calipers, micrometers, and reading drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce parts.
• Set up tools and fixtures for machining cycles.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Ensure parts are within tolerance; adjust settings as needed.
• Inspect parts exiting the machine for quality.
