Swagelok is hiring a Level 2 Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 11:15 pm, Mon–Fri) in Northeast Ohio. The role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus after 30 days of employment and a comprehensive Total Rewards package, including medical/dental/vision, retirement plans, PTO, and career development opportunities.

Shift: 2nd shift - 3:00 pm - 11:15 pm (Mon-Fri)
The pay range for this position is $18.40-$25.80 per hour, along with additional compensation through overtime and 10% shift differential when working an off-shift. The starting pay offered is based on your skills, experience, and additional qualifications needed for the role.
This position comes with a $1,500 sign on bonus, which is payable after your first 30 days worked. You must be actively employed with us at the time of payout to receive the sign on bonus. Sign-on bonus payments are subject to any legally required or elected withholdings, and applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

At this level the associate is able to perform more complex duties per standard work including process changeovers and troubleshooting with minimal guidance or help from a trainer or support. They are able to recognize and solve some non-routine problems.
