Job summary

Basin Precision Machining is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role may operate on 2nd shift (3:30 pm – 2:00 am, Mon–Thu) or 3rd shift (10:00 pm – 6:30 am, Sun–Thu).

Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, with hiring bonuses after 6 months and after 1 year of continuous employment. We welcome candidates with all experience levels; training is provided for motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• Prior CNC machining experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates.
• Solid understanding of measurement tools, process control, and print reading.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and load parts across multiple CNC work centers to produce precise, in-tolerance components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CNC coordinates, and offsets.
• Perform part inspections using gauges and precision measuring tools.
• Adjust tooling and offsets as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct required preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Accurately record production data and maintain consistent throughput.

We’re expanding our team and seeking CNC Machine Operators who take pride in quality craftsmanship and reliability.

Available Shift:

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm - 2:00 am - Monday - Thursday
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am - Sunday - Thursday
