Re:Build Manufacturing in Rock Hill, SC seeks a CNC Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, producing parts to spec while inspecting and debugging processes. You will work with engineers developing Re:CAM software to optimize workflows on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years CNC experience (milling, lathe).
• 1+ years setup experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Skilled trade or technical certification preferred.
• Experience in defense/compliant environments beneficial.
• Familiarity with CAM software and editing G-code.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete setups on 3-axis CNC mills and lathes.
• Install tools, holders, and offsets per setup instructions.
• Download programs, verify readiness, and run machines safely.
• Inspect parts and record results clearly.
• Provide feedback to engineering on processes.
• Perform manual deburring as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and document daily production.
• Collaborate with shop personnel to resolve machining issues.
• Follow SOPs and quality policies.
• Safeguard company and supplier property.
