Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. in Pendleton, SC is seeking CNC Machine Operators for day shift (Mon-Thu, 6 am–4:30 pm). Starting with a High School Diploma and minimal CNC experience, growth to MO II/III with more years of experience and skills.

You will load materials, verify orders, deburr, measure parts, and help improve processes while working in a safety‑driven team environment. Training is provided for progression through MO levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required for all levels with progressive CNC experience.
• MO II requires 2+ years of direct CNC machine experience.
• MO III requires 4+ years of direct CNC machine experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of CNC machines following written processes.
• Verify components against work orders and load material.
• Measure parts with precision instruments and document results.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to safety procedures.
• Enter data into SAP and assist with process improvements.
