Qualifications

• Prior CNC or machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to read basic measurements, blueprints, or work instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Positive attitude and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC machines to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Perform basic offsets, adjustments, and troubleshoot minor issues as needed.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and measurement specifications.
• Record production data and report any equipment or process issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with general labor and material handling tasks when needed.
