Job description

We are looking for an experienced Rhinofab CNC Machine Operator to join our fabrication shop. This position plays a key role in ensuring the precise and efficient production of aluminum components for storefront and curtain wall systems. The right candidate will be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Rhinofab CNC machine for the accurate fabrication of aluminum components.
• Review and interpret shop drawings, work orders, and cutting lists to ensure correct production.
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain CNC machinery for peak performance.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure parts meet quality and tolerance standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment as needed.
• Work closely with shop manager and fabrication team to meet project schedules.
• Follow all shop safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Assist with other shop duties when required, including handling and staging materials.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery (Rhinofab experience preferred).
• Knowledge of storefront and curtain wall systems strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication documents.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing quality work.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced shop environment.
