The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, and the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for extended periods. Prior experience with brake presses is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience operating CNC machines and brake press equipment.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities
