Staffmark is hiring a CNC Machine Operator in Burlington, WI to operate and monitor woodworking CNC equipment, read blueprints, and maintain production quality in a safety-focused environment.

Location: Burlington, WI
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
Schedule:Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM | Friday: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Job Duties

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a CNC Machine Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
