Job summary

Tech Mahindra in El Cajon, CA is seeking a CNC Programmer Lathe/Turning with Siemens NX CAM expertise to support aerospace manufacturing. You will generate, validate, and optimize CNC programs, perform simulations, and conduct first-time prove-out on CNC machines.

You will collaborate with operations and engineering, ensure program consistency and quality, and contribute to higher throughput on high-volume peening processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC programming on Lathe or Turning Machines.
• Strong understanding of programmed machine motion and process validation.
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, validate, and optimize CNC programs.
• Work with operations and engineering teams to resolve programming and process issues.
• Ensure program consistency, process adherence, and support for production quality requirements.
• Contribute to improved throughput and support high-volume peening operations.
