Job summary

All-Tech Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Lathe Operator (Advanced) in Akron, OH for a full-time role that starts with running parts on CNC lathes and mills and progresses toward setup and programming on high-end equipment.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years of CNC machine shop experience, can read blueprints, and are comfortable making offsets and basic machine adjustments. Day shift; overtime opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of CNC machine shop experience.
• Experience operating CNC lathes or mills.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances.
• Comfortable making offsets and basic machine adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes (primary focus) and mills in a production environment.
• Load parts, monitor cycles, and maintain part quality.
• Make offset adjustments and basic edits at the machine.
• Read and interpret blueprints and tolerances.
• Perform in-process inspection using standard gauges.
• Assist with setups and tooling selection.
• Learn setup and programming from experienced machinists.
