Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. CNC Machinist position on a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The ideal candidate will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and use precision gauging to ensure parts meet tight tolerances.

This role emphasizes efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards. The company is employee-owned (ESOP) with a strong focus on quality, growth, and a best-in-class benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related CNC machining experience.
• Ability to work a 7am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday shift.
• Strong math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Attention to detail and precision in machining.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of precision tools and equipment, such as drill presses and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections to meet specs.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 standards.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.

Job duties

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.


• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
