Job summary

Daniels Manufacturing Corporation in Orlando, FL is seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist to manufacture precision components, set up and program lathes, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances and print GD&T.

You will work on second shift, use G&M code, and inspect using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMM where needed.

Qualifications

• Program lathe operations using G and M code or conversational controls.
• Manage inserts, boring bars, and tooling selection for optimal results.
• Produce parts to tight diameter and length tolerances.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMM equipment as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T callouts to produce parts to print.

What Value This Role Will Bring

As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will manufacture precision components requiring tight diameter and length tolerances. Your setup, programming, and troubleshooting expertise will ensure high-quality production and reliable delivery to customers worldwide.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with live tooling configurations
• CMM inspection experience
• Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $24.50 - $46.75 per hour
