2nd or 3rd Shift Position

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for someone who can float between Mazak Quick Turns and Integrex Machines in our Lathe Department. This individual will perform a series of complex machine operations, including set-up and programming to meet precise tolerances and finishing requirements. This will involve reading and editing G&M code and performing first piece and in-process quality inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school diploma. Advanced education or apprenticeship preferred.
2. 5 years of CNC Mazak Integrex or 3-axis lathe setup and programming experience required.
3. Mazatrol conversational programming knowledge preferred.
4. Experience running different grades of material and performing multiple set-ups per day required.
5. Willingness to be flexible and run more than one machine is required.
6. Strong math skills and the ability to work from detailed and involved part drawings and specifications to perform operations to the capacity of the machine and controls.
7. Knowledge of Mazak Quick Turns and Integrex machines is preferred.
