Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred.
• Experience operating CNC laser equipment or similar automated machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and complete daily work assignments according to production schedules and LYNQ.
• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser cutting equipment to ensure efficient production.
• Review and verify laser programs to ensure parts are produced accurately and according to specifications.
• Inspect completed parts to ensure quality standards and dimensional requirements are met.
• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain production quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine machine checks, preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain communication with team members and leadership regarding production status, quality concerns, and equipment issues.
• Assist with resolving day-to-day manufacturing challenges to meet production deadlines.
• Cross-train on other fabrication equipment, including CNC press brakes and punch machines.
• Support other manufacturing departments when equipment downtime or production demands require.
