Job summary

BUTTING USA Inc. is expanding its Alabama production site with a focus on CNC machining and tube laser cutting for stainless steel components. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ownership of equipment and production results.

We seek a multi-skilled manufacturing expert with experience in setting up and operating CNC tools, reading complex drawings, and CAD/CAM programming. Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent mandatory.
• At least two years of practical experience setting up and operating CNC machines.
• Technical vocational training or equivalent practical experience in machining and CNC operation.
• Experience with laser cutting systems and CAD/CAM, nesting, or machine programming is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC machining and tube laser cutting systems.
• Prepare jobs based on drawings, work orders, specs and production schedules.
• Set up machines, tooling, programs, offsets, and pre-production checks.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools and maintain records.
