At Regal Rexnord, our people make all the difference in our success. **Key Responsibilities*** **Machine Operation** – Operate CNC centerless grinding equipment while adhering to production requirements, quality standards, ISO 9001 guidelines, and established work procedures.* **Blueprint & Process Interpretation** – Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions to verify work requirements and support the production of quality components.* **Precision Inspection & Finishing** – Perform in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring devices.
