Job Opportunity: CNC Grinder Set Up and Production Operator

As a CNC Grinder set up and production operator, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Setting up and operating vertical grinding machinery in compliance with production standards and ISO 9001 regulations.
2. Inspecting products against prints, identifying flaws or defects, and performing deburring if necessary.
3. Interpreting drawings, specifications, process sheets, program readouts, and shop orders to plan and verify work.
4. Obtaining and checking the proper set of tools from the tool crib, including selecting insert types.
5. Determining operation sequences based on drawings, route sheets, diagrams, and instructions.
6. Calculating tool depths and making necessary adjustments.
7. Moving completed materials to the next workstation.
8. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
