Job summary

Yamazen Inc. seeks a skilled CNC Service Technician to diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems on modern CNC machining centers, turning centers and grinding machines.

You will work from a state‑of‑the‑art facility featuring showroom areas and integration spaces. The ideal candidate has hands-on service experience with machine tools, reads schematics, and can manage multiple tasks with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems on CNC machinery.
• Ability to read part diagrams and schematics.
• Experience with machine tool integration and robotics desirable.
• Strong organization, prioritization, problem solving and written/verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems on CNC machining centers and grinders.
• Inspect, diagnose and repair wiring, controls and servo systems at a state-of-the-art facility.
• Collaborate with teams to minimize downtime and ensure quality service.

Opportunity

We are seeking a CNC Service Technician who is capable of diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems on modern CNC machining centers, turning centers and grinding machines. The chosen candidate will enjoy working from a state‑of‑the‑art technical facility that includes office, conference and high‑tech showroom and integration areas. You will have the opportunity to work with world‑class products from Brother Industries, Matsuura, Nidec and Takisawa Machine Tools.

Qualifications

• Strong service background that includes direct experience in troubleshooting and repair of major machine systems.
• Ability to read part diagrams and schematics.
• Experience with machine tool integration and robotic systems highly desirable.
• Great organization and prioritization skills, strong work ethic, problem solving, ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and strong verbal and written skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated base pay for the position is typically between $26.00 - $41.00. The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job‑related knowledge and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.

In addition to base pay, Yamazen Inc. provides a competitive compensation package including salary, business allowance and semi‑annual bonus opportunities.
