Yamazen Inc in Noblesville, IN is hiring a CNC Service Technician to diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems on modern CNC machining centers, turning centers and grinding machines.

You will work at a state-of-the-art facility, leverage factory-trained knowledge of world-class brands, and contribute to on-site field service, maintenance planning, and problem-solving under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong service background with experience troubleshooting and repairing major machine systems.
• Ability to read part diagrams and schematics.
• Experience with machine tool integration and robotic systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, work ethic and problem-solving under deadlines, with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems on modern CNC machining centers, turning centers and grinding machines.
• Provide preventive maintenance and on-site repair planning at a state-of-the-art facility.

The chosen candidate will enjoy working from a new state-of –the –art technical facility that includes office, conference and high-tech showroom and integration areas. You will have the opportunity to work with world class products from Brother Industries, Matsuura, Nidec and Takisawa Machine Tools.Skills and Qualifications: The preferred candidate will possess a strong service background that includes direct experience in troubleshooting and repair of major machine systems, with the ability to read part diagrams and schematics. Additional experience with machine tool integration and robotic systems is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will also possess great organization and prioritization skills, a strong work ethic, problem solving, the ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and strong verbal and written skills.Compensation and Benefits:The estimated base pay for the position is typically between $26.00 - $41.00The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.In addition to base pay, Yamazen Inc. provides a competitive compensation package including salary, business allowance and semi-annual bonus opportunities.
