Job summary

Panelmatic Inc. is seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator to produce sheet metal parts meeting dimensional specs. You will set up and align parts, program CNC equipment, and work solo or in small teams to build metal buildings and enclosures.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, selecting materials, and verifying tolerance with basic tools. Must have 2+ years CNC and forklift experience; HS diploma preferred; strong accuracy and teamwork required.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of CNC experience required.
• Two plus years of forklift experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and prints.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult blueprints, work orders, and schematics; develop sketches as needed.
• Load and unload materials; program the CNC machine and set up tooling.
• Cut, bend, and shape sheet metal to required dimensions.
• Verify conformance to specs using measuring tools.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspace.
