Job summary

Lumbermen’s located in Cottage Grove, MI, is hiring CNC Operators to support production of interior and exterior doors. You will run CNC machines, install glass and door components, and ensure quality and timeliness of each order.

The role emphasizes safety-minded teamwork, with a $300 clothing allowance to offset work apparel and PPE costs, plus comprehensive benefits and ESOP opportunities. Must be able to lift up to 75 lb and stand 8–10 hours daily.

Qualifications

• Prior woodworking experience is a plus (router, miter saws, table saws).
• Prior cabinet manufacturing or trim carpentry work is a plus.
• Knowledge of exterior doors would be a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain CNC Machines and produce product to desired specifications.
• Installing glass and other door components.
• Ensuring the proper quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all doors.
