Federal Signal Corporation is seeking a hands-on shop technician to operate plasma and oxy-fuel cutting tables, assist with loading and unloading cut parts, label and sort components, and stage steel for upcoming programs.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to work in all weather conditions, a safety-first mindset, and capability to work with minimal supervision. Employment offers a drug-free workplace and comprehensive benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Operate plasma & oxy fuel cutting table
• Assist with loading and unloading cut table
• Label and sort cut parts
• Help with staging of steel plate for upcoming programs
• Process & unload steel deliveries
• Organize and label steel plate in the storage yard
• Clean cutting table trays
• Empty dust collection barrels as needed
• Manage storage of wood pallets & stickers
• Actively maintain a clean & safe work area
