Job summary

Hireology is seeking a CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves operating CNC equipment to accurately cut and process materials for custom closets and organization projects, with emphasis on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has CNC experience and is comfortable using other woodworking equipment in a manufacturing setting. Strong attention to detail and reliability are required for daily production targets.

Qualifications

• CNC operation experience is required.
• Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or manufacturing preferred.
• Edge bander experience is a plus.
• Sliding table saw experience is a plus.
• Boring machine experience is a plus.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and properly position materials
• Review CNC programs, drawings, and work orders
• Verify dimensions and quality of finished parts
• Perform basic machine setup and adjustments
• Identify and report machine or production issues
• Operate additional woodworking equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet daily production and quality requirements
