Qualifications

• CNC experience is required.
• Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or manufacturing preferred.
• Edge bander experience is a plus.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and properly position materials.
• Review CNC programs, drawings, and work orders.
• Verify dimensions and quality of finished parts.
• Perform basic machine setup and adjustments.
• Identify and report machine or production issues.
• Operate additional woodworking equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily production and quality requirements.
