Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC in Sidney, Ohio is seeking a CNC Bender Operator / Fabricator to join a clean, air-conditioned modern machine shop. The role focuses on tube bending, metal forming, and quality workmanship, with a scheduled full-time shift from 7am to 3:30pm.

You will set up and program CNC and manual bending machines, read blueprints, inspect parts, and collaborate with the team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Blueprints reading is mandatory.
• Experience in metal forming, welding, or tube bending required.
• Strong measuring and inspection skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate manual and CNC tube bending machines
• Follow established quality procedures and complete documentation as needed
• Inspect finished parts using a variety of measuring tools
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality standards
• Provide job status updates and communicate production progress
• Troubleshoot issues and support problem-solving on the shop floor
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience in metal forming, welding, or tube bending environments
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints (required)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and reasoning skills
• Experience with part layout and quality inspection techniques
• Comfortable using measuring tools and verifying part accuracy
• Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Compensation / Benefits

• Pay range of $22.00-$27.00/hour based on experience
