Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in CNC machining, blueprint reading, manual inspection, and program writing/revision.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, Mastercam, and 3-axis programming and operation is a plus.
• Ability to setup and operate 3-axis machines.

Responsibilities

• Create & Optimize: Program CNC machines for new parts, focusing high-precision and complex components.
• Lead Projects: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance machining operations, reduce waste, and optimize cycle times.
• Collaborate: Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure a timely and successful job completion.
• Inspect & Improve: Perform first article and in-process inspections using manual gauges; make real-time program edits to resolve issues.
• Document & Track: Use ERP software to log job details and time, ensuring transparency and efficiency.

What you will bring:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in CNC machining, blueprint reading, manual inspection, and program writing/revision.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SolidWorks, Mastercam, and 3-axis programming and operation, a plus.
• Hands-On Ability: Skilled in setup and operation of 3--axis machines.
• Physical Readiness: Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $32-$38. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
