Job summary

Corry Manor is seeking a 2nd Shift STNA/CNA to provide direct patient care under licensed supervision. You will assist residents with daily activities and follow care plans to ensure comfort and safety.

The role offers starting pay at $20/hour with experience-based increases and a $2500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. Promotion opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) or CNA training with competency exam within four months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transfer, hygiene, ambulation).
• Follow HCF Policies and Procedures and resident care plan.
• Respond to call lights and document care provided.
• Report abnormal findings and safety concerns.

Starting at $20/hour or more depending on experience

Position Summary:

State Tested Nursing Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant performs direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.

Position Responsibilities of a STNA:

• Assist residents in all activities of daily living, to include, bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring, personal hygiene and ambulation.
• Must follow HCF Policies and Procedures
• Must meet job related competencies as outlined in the Skills Competency Manual for STNA or CNA
• Answers call lights
• Complete documentation of care given
• Refers to and follows resident care plan
• Report any abnormal findings, such as, injuries, incidents, skin issues, complaints, suspected abuse/neglect/misappropriation, and any unsafe conditions

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: A high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Is already a State Tested Nurse Aide or will successfully complete and pass a State approved Nurse Aide training program and competency exam within four months of date of hire.
