Qualifications

• Proven caregiving experience
• Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and provide required documents (ID, SSN, birth certificate, high school diploma or equivalent)
• Minimum age: 18

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming) while promoting dignity and independence.
• Engage clients in conversation and activities to enhance well-being and reduce isolation.
• Maintain clean, safe spaces and prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients’ needs.
• Observe and report changes in physical or emotional well-being; provide medication reminders.
• Safely transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities.
