Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate non-medical care in clients' homes in the Rockville, MD area. Duties include companionship, basic personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.

You will join a team focused on timely, reliable care with flexible scheduling and opportunities for orientation and ongoing training. Direct deposit and recognition programs are available.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified nursing assistant (CNA)
• Experience in home care is a plus
• Ability to provide companionship and personal care

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts as needed
