Job summary

AdviniaCare Venice in Venice, Florida is seeking compassionate and skilled CNAs. You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Work closely with nursing staff, provide companionship, document accurately, and participate in safety procedures. Applicants must be 18+, have immunization records, pass a background check, and obtain CNA certification.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Maintain up-to-date immunization records.
• Pass a criminal background check and state exam to become a Certified Nurse Aide.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vitals and report findings to the nursing staff.
• Assist with total resident care.
• Provide companionship during activities and walks.
• Document information accurately.
• Clean rooms and stock supplies.
• Assist with safety and some medical procedures.
