The McAuley, part of Trinity Health Senior Communities, is seeking a part-time C.NA certified Wellness Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and to focus on those with chronic and stable conditions. We have two opportunities: a Day Shift 16-hour position every Saturday and every other Sunday 7-3, and a Per Diem position.

• C.NA Certificate in the State of Connecticut.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Home health care experience preferred.
