Job summary

Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Florida is seeking a Weekend Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, high-quality resident care during weekend shifts, including vital signs, mobility, and daily living support.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans, maintain accurate records, and participate in activities that promote residents' well-being.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA certification required.
• Ability to pass Level 2 background screening via the Florida Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, toileting, bathing, and mobility assistance
• Support resident activities and encourage participation in therapies and recreational programs
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
