We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant who can provide basic patient care, assist with daily activities, and help monitor health changes under the nursing team.

As a CNA you will document observations, report concerns promptly, and contribute to a supportive, patient‑focused environment.

• Must be certified in the State of Indiana.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic mathematics.
• Successfully complete the Basic Aide Training Course.
• Able to satisfactorily pass the physical examination.

Qualifications

1. To conform to the basic qualifications set forth by the Indiana Department of Health(ie: be able to read, write, and perform simple mathematics such as addition and subtraction).
2. Successfully complete the Basic Aide Training Course.
3. To be able to satisfactorily pass the physical examination administered in behalf of gainful employment in the facility.
