Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Weekend CNA for Hickory Creek Crawfordsville to support residents with daily living activities, provide companionship and promote a homelike, respectful environment.

Work alternating weekend days and nights, continuing focus on CARE values—Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence—and collaboration with nursing and facility teams to ensure high-quality senior care.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, families and staff.

Certified Nursing Assistants play a vital role in fostering a warm and supportive environment where the resident’s well-being is prioritized. From assisting with activities of daily living to providing companionship and reassurance, the CNA plays a key part in creating a homelike environment that values dignity, respect, and individualized attention of each resident.

Requirements
