Job summary

Spring Creek Healthcare Center in Perth Amboy, NJ is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our part-time team with weekend and doubles opportunities. You will provide direct patient care, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and help with mealtime for our residents in a 179-bed facility.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification.
• Ability to work with a diverse population, including Hispanic patients and residents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
